Amine desulfurization and filtration methods are widely used in refineries, dry gas and LPG processing. H₂S and CO₂ from the gas stream are absorbed by the amine solution, forming an alcoholic amine salt solution. H₂S & CO₂ can then be stripped from the gas through a heating process, allowing the amine to be regenerated for reuse.
Coalescer filters are uniquely suited to remove liquid particles, aerosols and solid impurities from gases, such as lubricants, ammonia and micro particles, or to protect instruments from the presence of fluids. Coalescence cartridge can be horizontally or vertically mounted on a container. A quick-opening blind plate is arranged for rapid opening and closing to save cartridge replacement time.
Feature-Tec SelfClear® Automatic Backwash Filtration System removes particles from liquid process streams to support continuous production without requiring manual work. The system is equipped with a special back-washing setup for periodic removal of contaminants from the elements to maintain filtration efficiency.
FerroClean®II employs a fully automatic electromagnetic separation system, utilizing the synergy of electricity and magnetism to provide higher separation efficiency. FerroClean®II is capable of removing ferromagnetic impurities such as ferric oxide in harsh environments.
Wire-mesh demister is a compact separating layer with a certain thickness weaved by metal wire. It is horizontally mounted in a container for removing liquid impurities from gas streams. When the gaseous stream vertically flows through the separating layer, liquid impurities are removed.
SpeeDo® Quick Opening Filter is suitable for rapid-production environments where there are high levels of impurities, requiring frequent changing of filter cartridges/bags. The intermission between operation and static mode is a mere 10 seconds. In this time, the filter bags or cartridges can be changed quickly, greatly minimizing manual labor and disruption to the production process, increasing productivity.
The Nylon Filter Bag (NMO) uses single-strand fibers that are made out of nylon welded together into a mesh, offering stable porosity and filtration, with filtration degrees of between 25 um – 1250 um. The Nylon Filter Bag effectively stops a wide range of large particles with the nylon construction, providing great elasticity without deforming even under high temperatures.
